Moving From Notes: Organize Your Go-To Lines in 30 Seconds

A lot of people keep their go-to lines stuffed in Notes — and every time they need one, they open the app, scroll forever, select, and copy. Moving them to CopyNow takes just 30 seconds.

Steps

1. Open Notes and find the lines you copy most often.
2. In CopyNow, tap “New Card,” paste it in, and give it an easy-to-spot title.
3. Repeat until your go-to lines are all moved over — usually no more than ten.

Then

Give the cards a color, pin the ones you use most, and from then on it’s one tap to copy — no more digging through Notes.
